As for my cooking, you shall mostly read about curries and cookies, with an occasional nod to the Mediterranean. I have found that cooking only for myself leads to large quantities of leftovers, now matter how much I think I cut the recipe. Curries are great for leftovers as the flavors and spices deepen with time. A bit of fresh rice or naan, and another tasty meal is to be had.

Welcome to me
I’ve been invited to participate in this blogging endeavor. Having not blogged in years, and certainly never about cooking, and having only written work emails and cover letters, more or less, over the past two years, I admit to being a tad nervous about writing for fun. Granted, now I have the advantage of being relatively anonymous.
